What Does the following MRI Scan Result Mean?
Hi I just received my results of my cervical mri. And I m looking for answer on how serious my condition is and if I will need surgery at some point? Here s my results degenerative disc changes at c5-c-6 and c-6-c7 with a small central disc protrusion /spur at c-6-c7 without cord flattening. More broad bssed disc bulging and spurring at c 5-c6 with only mild central canal stenosis and no cord flattening or neural foramina narrowing.

I really appreciate your concern, it is the cervical degenerative disease but clinical condition or symptoms matter the great to decide the surgery, in other word given report need to be correlate with clinical condition hope this information helps.
